A little about me

I'm Sonia McIndoe - a mindset and behaviour change coach based in Wellington, New Zealand.

I've been where you are. I know what it feels like to try everything and still feel stuck. I'm over ten years post weight loss surgery and 20 years in recovery - and the shift that changed everything for me wasn't another diet. It was understanding my own wiring.

I now live a life I genuinely love, at a healthy weight, without obsessing over food. And that's what I want for you.

I bring lived experience, neuroscience-informed tools, and a genuine love of this work to every single session. I'll walk this with you - meeting you exactly where you are - and guide you gently toward who you want to be.

This is not coaching that makes you feel broken. It's coaching that helps you feel whole.
