Is this right for me if I’ve had surgery or I’m using GLP-1 medication? Absolutely. This is designed specifically for people using weight loss tools like surgery or GLP-1s who want to know how to actually make them work. The tool is one part… this shows you how to use it.
Will there be a recording if I miss the live session?
No - this is a live-only session. This is to protect the privacy and respect of everyone attending. But I do run this masterclass regularly, so you’ll have another opportunity to join live if you miss this one.
Does it matter what stage of the journey I’m at?
Not at all. Whether you’re pre-op, newly post-op, years down the track, thinking about GLP-1s, or already using them - these fundamentals apply at every stage. In fact, the earlier you learn them, the easier everything becomes.

MEET Sonia McIndoe
I’m not someone who just teaches this work… I’ve lived it.
I’m over 11 years post weight loss surgery and 70kg lighter - but it hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve experienced the highs, the setbacks, and the reality of what it actually takes to not only lose weight… but maintain it at a level that feels good to live at for life.
Alongside that, I’ve been sober for over 22 years - which means I deeply understand addiction, coping patterns, and what it takes to rewire behaviours that once felt automatic.
What I’ve learned through both journeys is this:
It’s not about willpower.
It’s not about trying harder.
And it’s definitely not a character flaw.
Real, lasting change comes from understanding the mind, the body, and the patterns that drive our choices.
That’s why I combine lived experience with science-backed coaching, psychology, and nervous system work - so I can guide, mentor, and teach in a way that actually makes sense… and more importantly, can be applied in real life.
